How service works
We are a dispatch service. When you call, we arrange for a licensed and insured plumber to handle the job. The plumber confirms a clear price before work starts, and work begins once you agree to it.
Same-day appointments are offered when available. We do not guarantee an arrival time, because traffic, weather and the length of earlier jobs can change the schedule.
Pricing and payment
Prices depend on the job, and the website does not list dollar amounts. The price you agree to before work starts is the price for that scope of work. If the plumber finds something new once the work is open, the change is explained and agreed with you first.
Payment terms are confirmed on the call or on site. The website does not accept payment.
Safety and emergencies
In a life-threatening emergency, call 911. If you smell gas, leave the building and call 911 from outside before calling us. Information on this site about shutting off water is general guidance, and you act on it at your own judgment.
Permits and insurance
Some jobs need a permit from the local building division, and rules vary by town. Insurance coverage for water damage depends on your policy and on the cause of the loss, so check with your insurer. We do not give legal or insurance advice.
Limits and governing law
